Description: "I chose to do this oil painting of American Pharoah because his eye took my breath away. It is truly the window to the soul. This horse has shown immense spirit, strength, and courage again and again. He was the Triple Crown winner in 2015 and came back to win the Breeder's Cup Classic in October for the Zayat Family. He is now at Coolmore Farms in Versailles, Kentucky. He was trained by Bob Baffert and ridden by Victor Espinoza."
